Indoor sailing taster/demo

<p>We have been asked to put on a short (max 1 hour) indoor sailing taster/demo for a group of young adults (say ages 15-20) with mild to moderate learning difficulties. The intention is that it would get them primed for a visit to us next Spring. Suggestions please on what sort of activities would be engaging and memorable.</p>
