Sailability Forum UK: new forum reply to Seats available to a good home for a Drascombe

New reply from david mckee

Andy…sorry it has taken a little longer than planned to get back to you. Having discussed the offer with my Trustees I think the seats are probably not for us. We have managed with the bench seats on our Drascombe and have just taken delivery of a Pioner for wheelchair users…we also have a homemade seat which fits in to a Laser Stratos so I think we have enough options, but thanks for the opportunity to have them.. David ps good luck with the wheelyboat. We deabated long and hard about getting one and having taken the decision in principle then decided to go with the Pioner.

Seats available to a good home for a Drascombe

Hi all,

We have recently sold our Drascombe Longboat (replaced by a Wheelyboat). As it was sold to an individual, we hung onto the special seats we had for it. These are available to a good home. If any other Sailability club has a Drascombe and would like them, they are free to a good home (collection or shipping costs covered …).

Let me know if you might be interested …
